Bookings made through booking sites; Booking.com or Tourist Online have to be cancelled online through those sites according to their existing cancellation policy.
Timely cancellations:
Bookings for 1-6 nights:
Hotel rooms or apartments booked from 1 to 6 nights must be cancelled no later than 11.00am the day before planned arrival. In case of cancelling later, the guest will have to cover the first night's rate.
E.g. A 3-nights booking with arrival on the 9th of March can be cancelled up until 11.00am on the 8th of March. In case of later cancellation or no show the guest will have to cover the first night at the existing list prices.
Bookings for 7-29 nights:
Hotel rooms or apartments booked for more than 6 nights must be cancelled no later than 11.00am 3 days before planned arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the guest will have to cover the first 3 nights at the existing list price.
E.g. A 14-nights booking with arrival on the 9th of March can be cancelled up until 11.00am on the 6th of March. In case of later cancellation or no show the guest will have to cover the first 3 nights at the existing list prices.
Bookings longer than 30 nights:
Hotel rooms or apartments booked for more than 29 nights must be cancelled no later than 7 days before planned arrival.
E.g. A 35-nights booking with arrival on the 9th of March can be cancelled up until 11.00am on the 2nd of March. In case of later cancellation or no show the guest will have to cover the first 7 nights at the existing list prices.
Bookings of several hotel rooms or apartments
(group bookings):
If the guest has booked more than 2 hotel rooms or apartments, cancellation must be done 7 days before planned arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the guest will have to cover the first 3-7 nights according to the above specifications at the existing list prices.
